A dew drop on a blade of grass catching some nice morning light
Once in a while I like to explore the tiny world using the macro lens. Its a bit tedious to find something to shoot as it involves placing your body in very weird positions. At the moment, this doesn’t gel well with my body 🙂 But sometimes you do get lucky for spotting something that doesn’t require you to do any yoga or gymnastics.
This was right in my front yard. A quick dash in to get the camera and tripod out and the light was still pretty good. I loved how a macro lens simplifies the scene and helped to stand out the dew drop. I got lucky in finding a blade of grass with a single dew drop. If you zoom in closer to the dew drop, you can actually see my reflection in it too 🙂
