Yesterday night, couple of us decided to head out to a local park to watch the Perseid Meteor Shower.
The amount of light pollution was too much. Add to this the moon light wasn’t helping either. All my attempts to capture some trails went in vain as I was too busy setting my camera to reduce the light pollution. Even with the lens pointed upwards didn’t help. So I just decided to turn off the camera and enjoy the meteor shower.
I’m glad I did that as we really had a good time watching them and making our endless wishes 🙂
Since I had taken the camera with me, had to come back with a snap. This is the view of Foster City near to the san mateo bridge lit by the city lights.
that was one fun night!
